You must be at least 13 years old to use this website. By placing an order, you represent that you are at least 18 years old or have the consent of a parent or legal guardian. We reserve the right to refuse orders at our discretion.

3. Orders & Payment

• All prices are listed in US dollars and are subject to change without notice.
• Orders are confirmed only after successful payment processing. You will receive a confirmation email upon successful order placement.
• We accept major credit/debit cards. Payment is charged at the time of order.
• Promotional codes are subject to their stated terms and cannot be combined unless explicitly noted.
• We reserve the right to cancel any order due to pricing errors, stock unavailability, or suspected fraud, and will issue a full refund in such cases.

4. Delivery

• We offer same-day delivery for orders placed before 12:00 PM local time, within our delivery zone.
• Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Factors such as weather, traffic, and demand may affect delivery windows.
• You are responsible for providing an accurate delivery address. We are not liable for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
• Someone must be available to receive the delivery. Unclaimed deliveries may not be eligible for refund.

5. Refunds & Cancellations

Because our products are perishable, all sales are generally final. However, we want you to be happy:

• If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 2 hours of delivery and we will make it right — either a replacement or a full refund.
• Orders may be cancelled for a full refund up to 30 minutes after placement, provided preparation has not begun.
• No refunds will be issued for change-of-mind cancellations after preparation has started.

6. Product Information & Allergens

Our products are made in a facility that handles common allergens including citrus, tree nuts, and dairy. While we take care to prevent cross-contamination, we cannot guarantee allergen-free preparation. Customers with severe allergies should contact us before ordering. Nutritional information is approximate and may vary.
